SCHEDULE

NEW CLIENTS:

 

  • Complete the contact form when you schedule, so that we connect by email or phone before we meet in person.

​

  • Openings. We are accepting the following new clients:

    • People in current or recent cancer treatment

    • People with a history of cancer, years or even decades ago

    • Caregivers and people recovering from caregiving

    • Health care workers

    • If you do not find yourself on this list, but are looking for a covid-conscious massage therapy environment, we welcome you.

  • First-time sessions run longer so we can learn about your health history and map out the best session with you. Allow 30 min. on top of your hands-on time. Example: if you book a 60-min. initial massage, allow 90 min. start-to-finish. There is no additional charge for the longer initial session.

​

  • Cancelling/rescheduling. Scroll down below the schedule for how to change your appointment and the cancellation policy.

  • COVID guidelines. Before scheduling the first appointment, please read the periodically updated guidelines. Masking is still in effect, but with some exceptions.

ESTABLISHED CLIENTS:

​

  • Use the scheduler below to make your appointment. There is no need to register, log in or create a password.

​

  • Cancelling/rescheduling. Scroll down below the schedule for policy and how to change your appointment.

​

  • Allow an additional 15-20 minutes for checking in verbally, on top of your hands-on time.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING

 

How to change your appointment: Go back to your appointment confirmation email. Look there for the cancel/reschedule button and other details. There is no need to log in or use the website. 

 

Policy: If you need to reschedule because of a sign or symptom of possible COVID, I understand. Please do so as soon as possible. With notice, I can accommodate another client in your time spot.

 
If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, for reasons other than illness or emergency, or you miss your appointment completely, you will be asked to pay for the full session.
